100% tempranillo. The grapes are destemmed before alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. To achieve a fine aromatic extraction, the must is racked and fermented at a maximum temperature of 16 ºC for 25 days. The resulting wine is fresh and does not undergo oak aging.
