GRACIANO LIMITED EDITION
Graciano. Age: 40 years. Soils: calcareous clay.
- Colour: garnet with high robe.
- Nose: notes of violet caramel, black pepper and fruit.
- Palate: complex, with a very well structured woody background and notes of vanilla, very ripe black fruits and spices.
Wine made in stainless-steel tanks using the Ganymede method for 10 days, then transferred to new oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and aged for one year, with racking every 4 months. The ageing process is completed in a bottle rack for a minimum of 12 months before the wine is put on the market.
